What we do with your details
Short, because there is not much to it. You send us enough to quote your house, we use it to get back to you.
What the quote form collects
Your name and your mobile number are the two required fields. Everything else — email, city, single or two storey, which package, which areas you want lit, whether you have an HOA, and the notes box — is optional, and the form works fine if you leave all of it blank.
Along with those answers the form sends the page you were on when you submitted it, so we know whether you came from a city page or the cost page, and a hidden field that catches spam bots.
Where it goes
The form posts to Netlify Forms, a third-party service that receives quote requests for us. Netlify stores each submission in that account, and it sends notification copies when one arrives: Netlify is configured to email a copy to the business inbox and to a mobile-carrier email address.
Who sees it
Angel Rubio. He owns the company and quotes every job himself, and he is the only person at Forever Young Lighting who reads quote requests.
We do not add you to a mailing list — there is no newsletter to be added to — and we are not in the business of selling customer details.
What this site tracks
The current website code includes no analytics/advertising scripts and sets no cookies; GitHub Pages logs visitor IPs for security.
That is a statement about the code of this site, which anyone can view the source of and check. The site loads no third-party scripts, no tag manager and no pixels, and the one custom font is served from this domain rather than fetched from somewhere else.
How long we keep it
Indefinitely. We do not delete quote requests on any schedule. If you want yours removed, the contact details below are how to ask.
Asking us to remove your details
Call (949) 436-9684 or text (949) 295-2090, or email info@foreveryounglandscape.com, and say you want your quote request taken down. You do not need to give a reason. Tell us the number or email you used so we can find it.
